SCOPE
As Lead Creative for The Disney Talent & Growth account at The Agency I helped develop and launch the Career@Disney Brand from the ground up. 
I led the art direction and execution of creative for the 600k budgeted Career@Disney Expo in-person event, creating experiential assets and pre-event graphics to help Disney reimagine what employee growth and learning looks like at a company wide scale.

OUTCOME  |  Interactive Career Expo
I led the ideation and execution of design assets for Disney’s $600K, two-day Career@Disney Interactive Expo held in October 2024 at Burbank Studios. As Creative Lead, I defined the visual system and art direction across run-of-show graphics, promotional materials, merchandise, banners, and large-scale environmental design, including 40’ and 58’ conference walls, to support employee connection, networking, and career exploration.
The experience featured three immersive lounges centered on Career@Disney’s core pillars, Achievement, Balance, and Connection, and generated 66,800+ digital engagements from 1,000+ attendees, including 160 executives, with 74% of attendees expressing intent to return. Due to the event’s success, the work was added to the Disney Archives and led to approval of a yearly client retainer.

OUTCOME  |  24-Hour Global Livestream
In addition to the Career Expo I led the design for the company’s first-ever 24-hour global livestream, reaching employees worldwide at unprecedented scale. As Creative Lead, I helped reiterate the cohesive visual identity grounded in the pillars of Achievement, Balance, and Connection, designing the Brandlive event platform, animated gradients, and run of show graphics.
My work contributed to consistency across live, recorded, and social touchpoints. The livestream reached 30+ countries and nearly 4,000 attendees, generating 5,600+ live engagements, with 90% of attendees expressing interest in attending future events and 73% reporting a shift in mindset or behavior as a result of the experience.
